Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds Chicken legs and thighs
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
  • 2 Teaspoons Spices, Thyme, Dried
  • 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 20 grams MAGGI® Season-Up! Chicken Powdered Seasoning (10g)

Instructions

    1. In a mixing bowl, combine all dried ingredients. In a separate bowl rub chicken with vegetable oil, sprinkle dry rub over chicken.

    2. Marinate for at least 1 hour. Remove on bowl and place on a baking tray.

    3. Bake covered with foil for 20 minutes in an oven preheated at 350 degrees F.
      After 20 minutes remove cover and bake uncovered for another 35 minutes until chicken is completely cooked, test with a thermometer to reach at least 165 degrees F.

    4. Remove for oven and serve hot with your favourite sauce.
