Clean Chicken with Citrus Wash. Remove and pat dry. In a bowl season cleaned chicken with Green Seasoning, Season Up Chicken, lime juice and Pepper Sauce.
In a small bowl, combine Curry Powder, geera, amchar masala, paprika, and cardamom together. Rub this mixture onto the chicken and marinate for 1 hour (for best results marinate overnight in the refrigerator)
Preheat oven to 400˚F (205˚C) and lightly grease a large baking dish with cooking spray.
Place chicken in a single layer in the dish. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken. Place uncovered in the preheated oven and bake for 15 – 20 minutes. Remove and cover with foil. Place back in the oven for another 20 – 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve with coconut vegetable rice, or sides of choice.
