  • 12 Ounces Bone in Chicken Breast (cleaned thoroughly with MAGGI® Citrus Wash) approximately 2 or 3 pieces
  • 1 Pound Chicken legs and thighs (cleaned thoroughly with MAGGI® Citrus Wash)
  • 1 Tablespoon MAGGI® Green Seasoning Spicy
  • 2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up! Chicken Powdered Seasoning (10g)
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Spicy with Chadon Beni
  • 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Curry Powder
  • 3 Teaspoons Ground Geera/Cumin (1 tablespoon)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  • 1.Clean Chicken with Citrus Wash. Remove and pat dry. In a bowl season cleaned chicken with Green Seasoning, Season Up Chicken, lime juice and Pepper Sauce.
  • 2.In a small bowl, combine Curry Powder, geera, amchar masala, paprika, and cardamom together. Rub this mixture onto the chicken and marinate for 1 hour (for best results marinate overnight in the refrigerator)
  • 3.Preheat oven to 400˚F (205˚C) and lightly grease a large baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 4.Place chicken in a single layer in the dish. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken. Place uncovered in the preheated oven and bake for 15 – 20 minutes. Remove and cover with foil. Place back in the oven for another 20 – 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • 5.Serve with coconut vegetable rice, or sides of choice.
