In a blender, blend all of the ingredients except the MAGGI® Season-Up Jerk, chicken quarters and beer. Set aside.

In a bowl, place chicken quarters and pierce each piece multiple times with a small knife, to allow seasonings to penetrate the meat.

Add blended seasonings and MAGGI® Season-Up Jerk to the chicken ensuring that all pieces are coated evenly.

Marinate for a minimum of 2 hours (for best results marinate overnight).

Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C) and line a roasting pan with foil.
Place seasoned chicken onto rack in roasting pan, pour beer into the bottom of the pan and cover with foil. -
Bake for 45 minutes, remove foil and broil until skin is crisp.

If using a grill, cook over a medium heat until chicken is completely cooked. Serve immediately.
