  • 2 Pounds Chicken parts (cleaned)
  • 2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose Powdered Seasoning
  • 1/4 Cup MAGGI® Green Seasoning Original
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 Maggi Chicken Flavoured Seasoning Cubes

Instructions

  • 1.Season chicken with Season-Up All Purpose and fresh seasoning .Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 2.Heat oil. Add brown sugar and let cook until just beginning to bubble.
  • 3.Add chicken and stir until the chicken is properly coated with caramelized sugar. Leave to cook for 5 minutes.
  • 4.Add water and Maggi Chicken Cubes stirring to incorporate. Leave to simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
