  • 4 Pounds Chicken parts (cleaned and cut into pieces)
  • 4 Packs MAGGI® Season Up Chicken
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 3 Tablespoons Curry Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Green Seasoning
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic, minced
  • 1 Medium Onion, diced
  • 4 Tablespoons Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Cubes MAGGI® Chicken Cube (to taste)

Instructions

  • 1.In a bowl, season chicken with Season Up Chicken, green seasoning and 1 tablespoon Curry Powder and set aside.
  • 2.In a small bowl mix remaining curry powder with water to form a paste. Heat oil in a medium pot, add curry paste to pot and cook for 2 minutes until thick. Add pimento onion and garlic and sauté until softened.
  • 3.Add seasoned chicken and crushed Chicken Cubes, stirring to coat chicken with the curry, cover and cook on medium heat for 5 – 10 minutes.
  • 4.Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally. (Add additional water if necessary for more gravy)
  • 5.Cook uncovered for another 3 minutes. Serve with rice or roti.
