Season chicken with Season Up Chicken, green seasoning, chadon beni, garlic, onion and 1 tablespoon Curry Powder.

Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Mix remaining Curry Powder with water to form a paste. Heat oil in a medium pot, add curry paste to pot and cook for 2 minutes.

Add seasoned chicken and leave to cook uncovered for 5 – 10 minutes stirring to coat chicken with curry.

Cover pot and reduce heat to a medium heat and leave to cook for 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

Add Masala Magic and cook for another 3 minutes. Serve with rice or roti.
