  • 4 Pounds Chicken, cut up into pieces
  • 4 Packs Maggi® Season-up! CHICKEN POWDERED SEASONING
  • 1/4 Cup Green Seasoning
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic, minced
  • 1 Medium Onion, diced
  • 3 Tablespoons Curry Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Pack Maggi® Masala Magic Aromatic Roasted Spices 6G Sachet

Instructions

  • 1.Season chicken with Season Up Chicken, Green Seasoning, chadon beni, garlic, onion and 1 tablespoon Curry Powder.
  • 2.Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 3.Mix remaining Curry Powder with water to form a paste. Heat oil in a medium pot, add curry paste to pot and cook for 2 minutes.
  • 4.Add seasoned chicken and leave to cook uncovered for 5 – 10 minutes stirring to coat chicken with curry.
  • 5.Cover pot and reduce heat to a medium heat and leave to cook for 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
  • 6.Add Masala Magic and cook for another 3 minutes. Serve with rice or roti.
