  • 1 large Onion diced
  • 4 Units Garlic crushed
  • 2 Tablespoons Escallion chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons Scotch Bonnet chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Pound Chicken Wings
  • 2 Teaspoons Maggi® Season-Up! Chicken Flavour Powdered Seasoning
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Teaspoon Maggi® Season-Up! Chicken Flavour Powdered Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar

Instructions

  • 1.Place onion, garlic, scallion, scotch bonnet pepper and oil in a blender, pulse until smooth.
  • 2.In a bowl add wings, marinate chicken wings with onion mixture and MAGGI SEASON UP CHICKEN, marinate chicken for approximately 30 minutes.
  • 3.Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
  • 4.On a greased baking tray lay out chicken wings, cover with foil paper, cook in oven for 15 minutes.
  • 5.Sweet and Spicy Sauce; in a mixing bowl whisk together all ingredients
  • 6.After 15 minutes remove chicken from oven and baste with sauce, cook uncovered for 10 minutes and then repeat process by turn chicken on the other side and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • 7.Once cooked remove from oven and serve hot.
