- 2 Pounds Chicken Wings (cut in half)
- 2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up! Chicken Powdered Seasoning (10g)
- 4 Large Eggs (beaten)
- 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 Cubes MAGGI® Chicken Cubes
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger (grated)
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1 Stalk Chive (chopped)
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 2 Tablespoons Water

Instructions
- 1. Season wings with 2 packs Season Up, marinate for 20 to 30 minutes (for best results marinate overnight)
- 2.Coat seasoned chicken into flour then egg, then flour
- 3.Heat oil, fry chicken until golden brown, drain on absorbent paper, and set aside.
- 4.In another pan, add lemon juice, water, Chicken Cubes, ginger, honey and chive in a pot and bring to a boil.
- 5.Combine corn flour in two tablespoons water and add to the pot, stirring until sauce thickens. Add the chicken pieces and stir for one minute longer. Serve as desired.
