Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Shrimp (approximately 18 large shrimp)
  • 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Green Seasoning Citrus
  • 2 Tablespoons Chadon Beni (finely chopped)
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up Fish (10g)
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Mediums Eggs (beaten with 1/4 cup water)
  • 1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tablespoon MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder
  • 3 Cups Oil For Frying
  • 2 Ounces Sweet Thai Chili Sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Season shrimp with Green Seasoning, chadon beni, Sesaon Up , lime juice and water. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes

  2. Place flour in a plate, pour beaten egg into a separate bowl and in another bowl mix breadcrumbs with Coconut Milk Powder.

  3. Dredge each shrimp into flour, then dip into egg wash and then coat with breadcrumb mixture

  4. Fry coated shrimp in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until golden. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

  5. Serve immediately with sweet Thai chili sauce.
