- 1 Pound Shrimp (approximately 18 large shrimp)
- 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Green Seasoning Citrus
- 2 Tablespoons Chadon Beni (finely chopped)
- 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up Fish (10g)
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Mediums Eggs (beaten with 1/4 cup water)
- 1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 Tablespoon MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder
- 3 Cups Oil For Frying
- 2 Ounces Sweet Thai Chili Sauce (for dipping)

Instructions
- 1.Season shrimp with Green Seasoning, chadon beni, Sesaon Up , lime juice and water. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes
- 2.Place flour in a plate, pour beaten egg into a separate bowl and in another bowl mix breadcrumbs with Coconut Milk Powder.
- 3.Dredge each shrimp into flour, then dip into egg wash and then coat with breadcrumb mixture
- 4.Fry coated shrimp in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until golden. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- 5.Serve immediately with sweet Thai chili sauce.
