  • 2 Pounds Chicken Wings (cut into pieces)
  • 2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up Ginger Powdered Seasoning (10g)
  • 3 Cups Vegetable Oil (oil for frying)
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter (or margarine)
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds (For garnish. Chives or pepper flakes can also be used)

Instructions

  • 1.In a bowl, season wings with Maggi Season Up Ginger. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes for best results marinate overnight.
  • 2.Heat oil in a deep pan, over medium heat. Fry wings until golden brown (they usually float to top when ready). Remove from oil and place on paper towel lined plate. Alternatively, these wings can also be baked on a lightly greased, foil lined tray in a preheated 400F/ 200C oven for 15-20 minutes; flipping halfway through.
  • 3.In a large sauté pan, over medium heat add butter and stir until bubbling. Stir in honey, soy sauce and cooked wings. Allow sauce to reduce and wings to get sticky.
  • 4.Serve plain or garnish with sesame seeds, chives or pepper flakes and enjoy!
