  • 3 Pounds Chicken legs and thighs Cleaned, excess skin removed
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 15 grams MAGGI® Season-Up! Chicken Powdered Seasoning (10g)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Spices, Paprika
  • 2 Teaspoons Spices, Thyme, Dried
  • 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Honey

Instructions

  • 1.In a mixing bowl, combine all dried ingredients. In a separate bowl rub chicken with vegetable oil, sprinkle dry rub over chicken.
  • 2.Marinate for two to three hours or overnight. Remove on bowl and place on a baking tray.
  • 3.Bake covered with foil for 20 minutes in an oven preheated at 350 degrees F.
  • 4.After 20 minutes remove cover and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes until chicken.
  • 5.After 10 minutes, brush chicken with honey and continue to cook uncovered until chicken is completely cooked, test with a thermometer to reach at least 165 degrees F.
