Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds Chicken legs and thighs Cleaned, excess skin removed
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 15 grams MAGGI® Season-Up! Chicken Powdered Seasoning (10g)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Spices, Paprika
  • 2 Teaspoons Spices, Thyme, Dried
  • 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Honey

Instructions

    1. In a mixing bowl, combine all dried ingredients. In a separate bowl rub chicken with vegetable oil, sprinkle dry rub over chicken.

    2. Marinate for two to three hours or overnight. Remove on bowl and place on a baking tray.

    3. Bake covered with foil for 20 minutes in an oven preheated at 350 degrees F.

    4. After 20 minutes remove cover and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes until chicken.

    5. After 10 minutes, brush chicken with honey and continue to cook uncovered until chicken is completely cooked, test with a thermometer to reach at least 165 degrees F.
