Herb Roasted Chicken

  • 3 Pounds Chicken legs and thighs
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 2 Teaspoons DLT Parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon Rosemary, Fresh
  • 2 Teaspoons Spices, Thyme, Dried
  • 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 20 Grams Maggi Season-Up! Chicken Powdered Seasoning 10G Sachet


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all dried ingredients. In a separate bowl rub chicken with vegetable oil, sprinkle dry rub over chicken.2. Marinate for at least one hour.

  2. Remove on bowl and place on a baking tray. Bake covered with foil for 20 minutes in an oven preheated at 350 degrees F.

  3. After 20 minutes remove cover and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes until chicken is completely cooked, test with a thermometer to reach at least 165 degrees F.

  4. Serve hot with your favourite sauce.
