  • 3 Pounds Chicken legs and thighs
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 2 Teaspoons DLT Parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon Rosemary, Fresh
  • 2 Teaspoons Spices, Thyme, Dried
  • 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 20 Grams Maggi Season-Up! Chicken Powdered Seasoning 10G Sachet

Instructions

  • 1.In a mixing bowl, combine all dried ingredients. In a separate bowl rub chicken with vegetable oil, sprinkle dry rub over chicken.2. Marinate for at least one hour.
  • 2.Remove on bowl and place on a baking tray. Bake covered with foil for 20 minutes in an oven preheated at 350 degrees F.
  • 3.After 20 minutes remove cover and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes until chicken is completely cooked, test with a thermometer to reach at least 165 degrees F.
  • 4.Serve hot with your favourite sauce.
