Ingredients

- 8 Chicken Thighs with Skin Removed (boneless)
- 2 Teaspoons MAGGI ® Unique Chicken Seasoning
- 1 Small Onion
- 1/4 Teaspoon Spices, Pepper, Black
- 1/8 Head Garlic
- 1 Cup Nestlé Omega Low Fat Milk 1L Carton
- 1 Unit Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon DLT Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon DLT Maggi® Season-Up!® All Purpose
- 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Leavening Agents, Baking Powder, Double-Acting, Straight Phosphate
- 2/3 Cup Cornstarch
- 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/3 Cup Rice Flour, White, Unenriched
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 1/4 Teaspoon Spices, Pepper, Black
- 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Chili Paste
- 3 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 Unit DLT Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Whole, Roasted And Toasted
- 2 Teaspoons Sesame Oil

Instructions
- 1.In a medium size bowl add your chicken and marinade ingredients, mix ensuring to coat chicken properly. Cover and set aside to marinade (for best results let Marinade for about 1 hour). Mix your batter ingredients in a bowl then add to the marinating chicken.
- 2.In a large bowl, stir together the ingredients for the sauce. Taste and adjust flavours to get a spicy tangy finish. Set Aside
- 3.Pour oil into a large heavy pot to a depth of 1 ½ inches. Heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 4.Combine flour mixture and place each piece of chicken in the seasoned flour coating them evenly.
- 5.Work in batches to prevent overcrowding. Lift chicken form flour, drop carefully into oil and fry for 5-7 minutes. Turning occasionally until golden brown and crisp. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining chicken, checking oil temp between batches
- 6.While chicken is hot toss chicken with sauce then sprinkle sesame seeds and Enjoy!
