In a pot bring to a boil water, add MAGGI VEGETABLE BOULLION stir to dissolve. Add yams to pot and cook until tender. Drain yams of all water and cool down in a refrigerator.

Combine together MAGGI NATURISIMO, mayonnaise, sugar, and cayenne pepper

In a mixing bowl toss together cooked yams, raisins mixed vegetables and scallion. Pour mayonnaise mixture over yam and incorporate nicely.
