- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 Medium Carrot (diced)
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
- 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (drained)
- 1 Can Green Pigeon Peas (drained)
- 4 Cubes MAGGI® Vegetable Flavoured Seasoning Cubes (crumbled)
- 4 Cups Cooked Parboiled Rice (cooled)
- 2 Tablespoons Butter (or margarine)
- 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Chive

Instructions
- 1.In a large pot over medium heat, add vegetable oil.
- 2.Add carrots and garlic, sauté for 1 minute. Add corn, peas and crushed MAGGI® Vegetable Cubes, cook until heated through.
- 3.Add cooked rice and 2 tablespoons of butter.
- 4.Stir the ingredients in the pot well until rice is heated through. Add chives.
- 5.Serve and enjoy
