Ingredients

Portions: 9

  • 4 Cups Cooked Parboiled Rice
  • 1 Medium Carrots, Raw
  • 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn
  • 1 Can Green Pigeon Peas
  • 15 Stalks Chive
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 4 Tablespoons Peanut Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Cubes MAGGI® Vegetable Flavoured Seasoning Cubes

Instructions

  • 1.Boil rice in salted water, strain, and put to cool in the refrigerator (could be overnight).
  • 2.Dice carrots, mince garlic and chop chives
  • 3.In a large pot over medium heat add 4 tbs oil, carrots and garlic.
  • 4.Add corn, peas and 2 crushed MAGGI® VEGETABLE CUBES
  • 5.Add rice and 2 tbsp of butter
  • 6.Stir the ingredients in the pot well and add chives.-
  • 7.Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve and enjoy!
