Ingredients

  • 2/3 Cup Split Peas
  • 6 Cups Water
  • 1 Unit Onion (chopped)
  • 3 Pieces Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 Stalk Chive (chopped)
  • 1 Stalk Celery, Raw (chopped)
  • 3 Tablespoons Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (finely chopped)
  • 4 Units Corn on the Cob (cut into 1/4 inch rounds)
  • 1 Package MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder (50g)
  • 4 Units Corn, Sweet, Yellow, Raw
  • 1 Unit Carrot (diced)
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin (diced)
  • 1 Unit Scotch Bonnet (whole)
  • 45 Grams Maggi® Soup it Up!® Vegetable SOUP MIX

Instructions

    1. Pressure cook split peas in water with onions, garlic, chive, celery and pimento peppers for 10 minutes or until peas are tender.

    2. Add MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder. Bring to a boil.

    3. Add corn and remainder of ingredients. Cook until corn and vegetables are tender.

    4. Add MAGGI Vegetable Soup and cook for 10 minutes.

    5. Remove hot pepper before serving.
