Cook rice with water and Vegetable Cubes until tender but grainy.

In a large pot, heat oil and sauté bell peppers, carrots, corn, celery and ginger for 3-5 minutes. Add Flavour D'Pot stirring to combine.

Add cooked rice and stir to incorporate. Sprinkle additional Season Up All-Purpose, apples, grapes and raisins and stir to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
