Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Rice
  • 5 Cups Water
  • 1 Cube MAGGI® Chicken Cube
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (minced)
  • 1/2 Cup Carrots (grated)
  • 1/2 Cup Whole Kernel Corn (drained)
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Flavour D' Pot Chicken (10g)

Instructions

  1. Cook rice with water and Chicken Cube until tender but grainy.

  2. In a large pot, heat oil and sauté garlic, pimento peppers, carrot, corn and raisins for 3-5 minutes.

  3. Add cooked rice and stir to incorporate. Sprinkle in the Flavour D Pot Chicken and stir to combine all ingredients thoroughly.

  4. Serve hot.
