Fry onions, squash and pimento/seasoning peppers in margarine until onions are translucent.

Add rice and Maggi Vegetable Seasoning Cubes and saute until well incorporated.

Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cover pot. Cook for 25 minutes.

Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve hot.
