- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 Cup Onion (diced)
- 2 Tablespoons Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (finely chopped)
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic (minced)
- 2 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
- 2 Cans Channa/Chickpeas (drained)
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 Teaspoons Hot Pepper (minced)
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Geera/Cumin
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder

Instructions
- 1.In a medium pot sauté onion, garlic and pimento peppers in oil for 1minute.
- 2.Add Cubes, channa and water to pot, bring to a boil.
- 3.Add hot pepper, geera/cumin and cardamom.
- 4.Reduce heat to a slow boil and cook for about 20 minutes or until all liquid has evaporated.
