  • 2 Pounds Pork Belly
  • 2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose (10g)
  • 5 Tablespoons Green Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic (minced)
  • 2 Tablespoons Chadon Beni (finely chopped)
  • 3 Tablespoons Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (chopped)
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Amchar Masala
  • 2 Tablespoons Roasted Geera/Cumin
  • 2 Teaspoons Scotch Bonnet Pepper (chopped)
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup Escallion

Instructions

  • 1.In a bowl season pork with Season Up All Purpose, green seasoning, garlic, chadon beni, and pimento peppers. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  • 2.Add the seasoned meat and stir to coat thoroughly with spices. Cook for 8 minutes on medium high heat.
  • 3.Add water, cover and bring to a boil.
  • 4.Reduce heat to medium/low. Cook for 30 minutes until all liquid had evaporated and pork is tender, stirring occasionally.
  • 5.Serve hot and enjoy!
