- 2 Pounds Pork Belly
- 2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose (10g)
- 5 Tablespoons Green Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic (minced)
- 2 Tablespoons Chadon Beni (finely chopped)
- 3 Tablespoons Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (chopped)
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Amchar Masala
- 2 Tablespoons Roasted Geera/Cumin
- 2 Teaspoons Scotch Bonnet Pepper (chopped)
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Escallion

Instructions
- 1.In a bowl season pork with Season Up All Purpose, green seasoning, garlic, chadon beni, and pimento peppers. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
- 2.Add the seasoned meat and stir to coat thoroughly with spices. Cook for 8 minutes on medium high heat.
- 3.Add water, cover and bring to a boil.
- 4.Reduce heat to medium/low. Cook for 30 minutes until all liquid had evaporated and pork is tender, stirring occasionally.
- 5.Serve hot and enjoy!
