Ingredients
Portions: 8
- 2 Pounds Pork (Cleaned with MAGGI® Citrus Wash and cut into cubes)
- 1/4 Cup Green Seasoning (chadon beni, garlic, pimento & celery)
- 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Green Seasoning Original
- 2 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
- 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose
- 1 large Onion (sliced)
- 2 Units Hot Pepper (optional/to taste
- 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Spicy with Chadon Beni (to taste)
- 3 Units Lime (juiced)

Instructions
- 1.In a large bowl, season pork with ½ green seasoning, MAGGI® Green seasoning, MAGGI® Onion & Garlic Cubes and MAGGI® Season Up All-Purpose.
- 2.Heat a large heavy bottomed pot, add seasoned pork and allow to steam until cooked through.
- 3.Remove pot from the heat, add remaining green seasoning, onion, hot pepper, MAGGI® Pepper Sauce and lime juice. Stirring to combine.
- 4.Serve hot!
