Add MAGGI LIQUID COCONUT MILK, reserved liquid from peas and water to a pot and allow to come to a boil.

Add peas, onion, scallion, pimento, thyme, garlic, ginger, pepper, allow to simmer. Add MAGGI CHINESE FRIED RICE IT UP to the pot along with the rice and butter.

Cook until liquid evaporates. Once liquid evaporates completely lower flame and cover with a tight lid.

Allow rice to cook for approximately 15 minutes or until tender.
