Ingredients
Portions: 4
- 2/3 Cup Chive/Escallion (minced)
- 4 Tablespoons Chadon Beni (1/4 cup)
- 2 Cups Tomatoes (diced)
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 2 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
- 1 Teaspoon Hot Pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
- 1 Pound Mahi Mahi (fillets cut into cubes & cleaned with MAGGI® Citrus Wash)
- 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Green Seasoning Spicy
- 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up Fish (10g)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Hot N' Spicy
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Geera/Cumin
- 2 Cups Lettuce (shredded)
- 1 Cup Carrots (grated)

Instructions
- 1.Mix all ingredients for salsa & set aside
- 2.Season fish with MAGGI® Green Seasoning, MAGGI® Season Up Fish & MAGGI® Pepper Sauce, geera & chili powder.
- 3.Grill or broil fish for 5 minutes or until opaque in colour and flaky.
- 4.Divide lettuce & carrots among 4 serving plates
- 5.Top each salad with grilled fish & reserved salsa.
- 6.Serve immediately
