  • 1 Pound Snapper Fillets (cleaned)
  • 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Season-Up Fish
  • 2 Teaspoons MAGGI® Jerk Seasoning Mild
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice (or Lime Juice)
  • 1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing
  • 2 Teaspoons MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Hot N' Spicy (to taste)
  • 4 Units Flour Tortillas
  • 2 Cups Romaine Lettuce (or Cabbage, shredded)
  • 1/4 Cup Tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion (julienned)

Instructions

  • 1.Season with MAGGI® Season Up Fish and MAGGI® Jerk Seasoning Mild.
  • 2.Brush olive oil over a hot griddle/ frying pan and grill for 2 minutes on each side or until fish is fully cooked.
  • 3.Remove fish from the pan, drizzle with fresh lemon/lime juice and set aside.
  • 4.In a small bowl combine ranch dressing and MAGGI® Pepper Sauce. Set aside.
  • 5.On a clean surface open tortilla and spread chopped romaine in the centre, add grilled fillet, tomatoes, cranberries and red onions, drizzle with spicy ranch.
  • 6.Fold, wrap and cut into two pieces. Serve with potato chips or side of choice.
