Seasoned Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Coucous

Ingredients

Portions: 4

  • 1 Pound Boneless Chicken Breast Fillets (approximately 4)
  • 1 Tablespoon MAGGI ® Unique Chicken Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 Cup Couscous
  • 1 Cube MAGGI® Vegetable Flavoured Seasoning Cubes (dissolved into 1 cup hot water)
  • 1/2 Cup Tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Parsley (minced)
  • 1 Small Red Onion (finely diced)
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber (seeds removed, diced)
  • 1/2 Cup Red Bell Peppers (diced)
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

Instructions

Step 1

  • 1.Season Chicken with MAGGI Unique Chicken Seasoning and marinate for 15 minutes. Set aside.
  • 2.Pan sear chicken and set aside.

Step 2

  • 3.Place couscous into a bowl, add Vegetable cube dissolved into 1 cup of water, cover and let sit for 10 minutes or until cooked. Fluff with a fork and add veggies, herbs and lemon juice.

Step 4

  • 4.Serve the vegetable couscous with the grilled chicken.
