In a bowl combine fish, Season Up and Green Seasoning ensuring all parts of the fish are well seasoned. Set aside.

In large bowl, mix coconut oil, garlic, ginger, turmeric, geera, coriander, Cubes until it makes a cohesive paste. Add the fish pieces to this mixture and coat thoroughly.

On an open flame, singe banana leaves to make them more pliable.

Place each fish fillet onto a banana leave and fold to secure.

Heat a large non-stick pan and place fish folded side down into the pan. Cook for 3 minutes on each side, flipping occasionally to ensure fish is cooked thoroughly.

Serve hot, in banana leaves.
