  • 1.5 Pounds Mahi Mahi (fillets)
  • 3 Teaspoons MAGGI® Season-Up Fish
  • 4 Tablespoons MAGGI® Green Seasoning Citrus
  • 4 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger (minced)
  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Geera/Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 5 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
  • 4 Units Banana Leaves (singed)


  1. In a bowl combine fish, Season Up and Green Seasoning ensuring all parts of the fish are well seasoned. Set aside.

  2. In large bowl, mix coconut oil, garlic, ginger, turmeric, geera, coriander, Cubes until it makes a cohesive paste. Add the fish pieces to this mixture and coat thoroughly.

  3. On an open flame, singe banana leaves to make them more pliable.

  4. Place each fish fillet onto a banana leave and fold to secure.

  5. Heat a large non-stick pan and place fish folded side down into the pan. Cook for 3 minutes on each side, flipping occasionally to ensure fish is cooked thoroughly.

  6. Serve hot, in banana leaves.
