  • 1.5 Pounds Mahi Mahi Fillets (or sliced fish of choice)
  • 2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up Fish (10g)
  • 3 Units Limes
  • 2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 3 Liters Water
  • 6 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
  • 2 Tablespoons Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (minced)
  • 2 Large Tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 large Onion (sliced)
  • 4 Tablespoons Chadon Beni (minced)
  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Thyme
  • 2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Chive
  • 1 Cup Squash (peeled and diced)
  • 3 Units Potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 4 Smalls Green banana (Green fig), peeled
  • 11 Mediums Okra/Ochro (washed)
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Soup It Up! Fish Tea

Instructions

  • 1.Season fish with MAGGI® Season-Up, garlic and the juice from one lime.
  • 2.In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add MAGGI® Cubes, pimento peppers, tomatoes, onion, chadon beni, thyme and chive.
  • 3.Let seasonings boil for 5 minutes, then add squash, potato and green figs
  • 4.When vegetables are half cooked add seasoned fish, ochro MAGGI® Fish Tea and juice from remaining lime.
  • 5.Simmer for 15 minutes or until fish and vegetables are fully cooked.
