  • 3 Liters Water
  • 1 Cup Onion diced
  • 3 Pieces Garlic crushed
  • 3 Sprigs Thyme
  • 1/2 Cup Escallion chopped
  • 2 Packages MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder (50g)
  • 3 Teaspoons Scotch Bonnet Chopped
  • 1 Cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Raw cooked
  • 2 Packets Maggi® Soup it Up!® Cock SOUP MIX 2 packs

Instructions

  • 1.In a large saucepan, over medium heat bring water to a boil. Add onions, garlic, thyme and escallion. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • 2.Add MAGGI COCONUT MILK POWDER scotch bonnet pepper and garbanzo beans cook for 5 minutes.
  • 3.Add MAGGI COCK NODDLE SOUP MIX. Simmer soup for 10 minutes.
