Spanish Vegetable Rice

Add oil to a heated pot then add onion, garlic and cook for about 2 minute. Add rice and stir until oil has coated the rice.
Add water to pot along with Maggi Spanish Rice it Up. Add butter and mixed vegetables. Cook until liquid evaporates completely, lower flame and cover pot with a tight lid.
Allow rice to cook for approximately 15 minutes or until tender.
Toss in chopped parsley once rice is cooked.
