- 1 Teaspoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Butter (or margarine)
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
- 1 Tablespoon Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (finely minced)
- 1/2 Cup Onion (finely minced)
- 1 3/4 Cup Mixed Vegetables
- 6 grams MAGGI® Rice it Up Spanish Rice Seasoning
- 4 Cups Cooked Parboiled Rice (boiled without salt)

Instructions
- 1.In a heavy bottomed pot, heat vegetable oil and butter until butter has melted. Add garlic, pimiento/seasoning peppers and onions. Sauté on medium heat until onions are translucent.
- 2.Add mixed vegetables and Rice It Up Spanish, stirring to ensure all the ingredients are coated with the seasonings.
- 3.Add cooked rice to the pot stirring to ensure that all of the rice has been well coated.
- 4.Serve immediately.
