- 1 Teaspoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Butter (or margarine)
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
- 1 Tablespoon Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (minced)
- 1/2 Cup Onion (minced)
- 1 Unit Carrot (diced)
- 1/2 Cup Sweet Pepper (diced)
- 1/2 Cup Green Beans (or bodi, minced)
- 1 Packet MAGGI® Rice it Up Chinese Fried Rice Seasoning
- 4 Cups Cooked Parboiled Rice (boiled without salt)
- 2 Tablespoons Soy sauce

Instructions
- 1.In a heavy bottomed pot, heat vegetable oil and butter until butter has melted. Add garlic, pimiento/seasoning peppers and onions. Sauté on medium heat until onions are translucent.
- 2.Add carrots, sweet peppers, green beans cook for 2 minutes. Add Rice It Up Fried Rice, stirring to ensure all the vegetables are coated with the seasonings.
- 3.Add cooked rice and soy sauce to the pot stirring to ensure that all of the rice has been well coated.
- 4.Serve immediately.
