Ingredients

- 1 1/2 Cup Basmati Rice
- 5 Tablespoons Onion Finely, Diced
- 3 Cups Water
- 1 Tablespoon Butter, unsalted
- 3 Tablespoons Parsley Chopped

Instructions
- 1.Add butter to a heated pot then add onion and cook for about 2 minutes. Add rice and stir until butter has coated the rice.
- 2.Add water to pot along with the pack of MAGGI RICE IT UP SAFFRON.
- 3.Cook until liquid evaporates completely, lower flame and cover pot with a tight lid.
- 4.Allow rice to cook for approximately 15 minutes or until tender.
- 5.Toss in chopped parsley once rice is cooked.
