  • 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot (diced)
  • 1/2 Cup Green Peas
  • 1/4 Cup Celery (diced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Teaspoon Rosemary (minced)
  • 1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 Cup Golden Raisins/Sultanas
  • 2 Cups Cooked Orzo Pasta
  • 1 Cup Cooked Wild Rice
  • 2 Cubes MAGGI® Vegetable Flavoured Seasoning Cubes
  • 1/4 Cup Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  • 1.In a large pan on medium heat add butter and sauté the carrots, green peas and celery until tender.
  • 2.Add in the garlic, rosemary, cranberries and golden raisins/sultanas, season with MAGGI® Vegetable Cubes.
  • 3.Add cooked orzo pasta and wild rice and mix until all ingredients are combined evenly.
  • 4.Top with parsley and serve hot.
