Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up Fish (10g)
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Medium Onion (minced)
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano (or fresh)
  • 2 Teaspoons Parsley (minced)
  • 2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 2/3 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
  • 250 Penne Pasta (or pasta of choice, cooked according to package instructions)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, season shrimp with Season Up Fish

  2. In a large pan, heat in garlic butter over medium heat and cook seasoned shrimp for 5 minutes or until they become opaque. Remove from pan.

  3. In the same pan, add butter and sauté onion, garlic, oregano and parsley.

  4. Add flour and stir to mix. Cook for 3 minutes. Add Evaporated Milk and crumbled Onion and Garlic Cubes stirring constantly.

  5. Cook until sauce thickens. Add shrimp to sauce.

  6. Remove from heat and serve on cooked pasta.
