  • 1 Pound Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up Fish (10g)
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Medium Onion (minced)
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano (or fresh)
  • 2 Teaspoons Parsley (minced)
  • 2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 2/3 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
  • 250 Penne Pasta (or pasta of choice, cooked according to package instructions)

Instructions

  • 1.In a bowl, season shrimp with Season Up Fish
  • 2.In a large pan, heat in garlic butter over medium heat and cook seasoned shrimp for 5 minutes or until they become opaque. Remove from pan.
  • 3.In the same pan, add butter and sauté onion, garlic, oregano and parsley.
  • 4.Add flour and stir to mix. Cook for 3 minutes. Add Evaporated Milk and crumbled Onion and Garlic Cubes stirring constantly.
  • 5.Cook until sauce thickens. Add shrimp to sauce.
  • 6.Remove from heat and serve on cooked pasta.
