Ingredients

  • 250 Grams Pasta of choice
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter (or margarine)
  • 1 Small Onion (diced)
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano (fresh oregano can also be used)
  • 2 Teaspoons Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 3/4 cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk (Carnation Reduced Fat Evaporated Milk can also be used)
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Flavour D' Pot Chicken
  • 1 Pound Chicken Breast (boneless, cooked and diced)
  • 2 Cups Broccoli Florets (blanched)

Instructions

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

    2. Sauté onion, garlic, oregano and parsley in butter for 2 minutes.

    3. Add flour and mix. Cook for 3 minutes. Add CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk and MAGGI® Flavour D’ Pot Chicken stirring constantly.

    4. Add cooked chicken and broccoli. Cook until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and serve on cooked pasta. Or add pasta to this sauce stirring to coat and serve hot.
