- 8 Ounces Penne Pasta Cooked
- 12 ounces CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic finely chopped
- 1/4 Cup Onion julienned (cut in strips)
- 10 grams MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley chopped
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Butter, unsalted
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon DLT Flour

Instructions
- 1.In a saucepan over medium heat melt butter, sauté onions and garlic with butter for approximately 20 seconds. Stir in flour to make a paste.
- 2.Using a whisk carefully incorporate CARNATION EVAPORATED FULL CREAM MILK. When mixture begins to thicken lower heat. Season sauce with MAGGI NATURISIMO.
- 3.Add penne pasta to sauce, remove from heat. Toss in parmesan cheese.
- 4.Garnish chopped parsley.
