Shrimp Penne Alfredo

  • 12 ounces CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Onion Julienned
  • 7.5 Grams All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter Room Temperature
  • 1/4 Cup Cheese, Parmesan, Grated
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley Chopped
  • 2 Pounds Penne Pasta Cooked
  • 1 Pound Shrimp Cooked chopped


  1. In a saucepan over medium heat melt butter, sauté onions and garlic with butter for approximately 20 seconds. Stir in flour to make a paste.

  2. Using a whisk carefully incorporate CARNATION EVAPORATED FULL CREAM MILK. When mixture begins to thicken lower heat. Season sauce with MAGGI NATURISIMO.

  3. Add penne pasta and shrimp to sauce, remove from heat. Toss in parmesan cheese.

  4. Garnish with chopped parsley.
