Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces Quinoa, cooked
  • 1/2 Cup Red Kidney Beans cooked
  • 1 Tablespoon Escallion chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Piece Egg beaten
  • 1 Teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Red Chili Peppers
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 3 ounces MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning

Instructions

    1. In a frying pan sauté in olive oil scallion and onion until onions are translucent.

    2. In a mixing bowl mash kidney beans, add sautéed onions and remaining ingredients.

    3. Using a tablespoon, scoop mixture and roll into small balls. Place on a greased baking dish and cook in an oven preheated to 350 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes.
