  • 2 Cups Cooked Rice (leftover rice)
  • 1 Small Onion (diced)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley (minced)
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 1 1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Cups Oil For Frying


  1. In a medium bowl, mix the rice, onion, garlic and parsley. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 egg, Complete Seasoning and chili flakes.

  2. Add egg mixture to rice mixture together with mozzarella. Stir to combine.

  3. Using wet hands, form balls with mixture. Chill balls while setting up breading station.

  4. Breading Station

    Place the flour in a bowl, whisk the remaining egg in another bowl and place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.

  5. Dip each ball in the flour, then egg and then breadcrumbs. Chill for 10 minutes.

  6. Fry balls in preheated oil over medium heat until balls are golden brown.
