Ingredients

- 2 Cups Cooked Rice (leftover rice)
- 1 Small Onion (diced)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley (minced)
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 1 1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Cups Oil For Frying

Instructions
- 1.In a medium bowl, mix the rice, onion, garlic and parsley. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 egg, Complete Seasoning and chili flakes.
- 2.Add egg mixture to rice mixture together with mozzarella. Stir to combine.
- 3.Using wet hands, form balls with mixture. Chill balls while setting up breading station.
Breading Station
- 4.Place the flour in a bowl, whisk the remaining egg in another bowl and place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- 5.Dip each ball in the flour, then egg and then breadcrumbs. Chill for 10 minutes.
- 6.Fry balls in preheated oil over medium heat until balls are golden brown.
