Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk (warm)
- 1 Pack Instant Yeast (11g)
- 1 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar
- 2 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 Cup Parsley (finely chopped)
- 1/3 Cup Butter (room temperature)
- 1/3 Cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese (or cheese of choice, grated)

Instructions
- 1.In a large bowl, mix the warm Evaporated Milk, yeast and sugar and set aside.
- 2.After 10 minutes gradually add flour and salt to form a soft dough. Knead into a smooth ball and cover bowl. Leave dough in a warm area to rise for an hour.
- 3.In another bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the filling and set aside.
- 4.On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a rectangle approximately 1 1/2 cm thick.
- 5.Spread the butter mixture over the dough staying an inch away from edges.
- 6.Lengthwise, roll dough to form a log. Using a sharp knife cut log lengthwise leaving an inch on one end uncut.
- 7.Twist the two pieces of the log, keeping the cut side facing upwards to form a braid. Pinch the end of the braid together to seal.
- 8.Cover braid and allow to rise for 45 minutes.
- 9.Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
