- 1 cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Cooked Bacon (crumbled)
- 1/4 Cup Chive (finely chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 3 Tablespoons Butter (melted)
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley (finely chopped)

Instructions
- 1.To make buttermilk:- mix Evaporated Milk and vinegar, set aside
- 2.In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, baking powder, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
- 3.Then add buttermilk and ½ cup melted butter to flour mixture and stir gently to form a sticky dough.
- 4.Fold in the cheese, bacon, chive and sour cream using a spatula to incorporate.
- 5.Using an ice cream scoop, drop scoops of the dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake biscuits in a preheated oven at 450°F (230°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
- 6.Remove from oven and brush with remaining butter and sprinkle with parsley.
