In a pan heat butter and sauté onion, garlic, pimento peppers and parsley for 2 minutes.
Add flour and mix. Cook for 3 minutes. Add Evaporated Milk and Season Up. Stir constantly. Cook until sauce thickens.
In a buttered casserole dish, spread cooked provisions and pour sauce over. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
