Ingredients

- 1 Pound Minced Lamb
- 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose (10g)
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
- 4 Tablespoons Onion (minced)
- 1 Tablespoon Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (minced)
- 3 Tablespoons MAGGI® Green Seasoning Original
- 1 Pound Potatoes (peeled and diced)
- 2 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes (crumbled)
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (grated, plus additional for topping)
- 3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1/8 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 Cube MAGGI® Chicken Cube (crumbled)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Paprika

Instructions
- 1.Marinate lamb with MAGGI® Season Up All Purpose, garlic, onion, pimento and MAGGI® Green Seasoning. Leave to marinate for at least 10 minutes for best results marinate overnight.
- 2.Meanwhile boil potatoes for 10 minutes or until fork tender. While still hot, place potatoes into a large mixing bowl and mash with a potato masher; add MAGGI® Garlic Onion Bouillon Cubes, butter/margarine, CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk and cheese and combine. Set aside.
- 3.In a medium saucepan add minced lamb, cook for 5 minutes. Drain off excess oil from lamb. Add tomato paste, rosemary, thyme, MAGGI® Chicken Cube and paprika. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- 4.Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Layer the bottom of the dish with lamb. Place mash potato on top of lamb and top with additional cheese.
- 5.Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 350°C (180°F)
- 6.Serve hot!
