- 1.5 Pounds Minced Beef
- 3 Tablespoons Chadon Beni (5 leaves)
- 2 Tablespoons Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (diced, approx. 4 peppers)
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic (minced, approx. 3 cloves)
- 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose Powdered Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Green Seasoning Spicy
- 1/2 Cup Cream cheese (softened)
- 6 Units Ripe Plantains (boiled and mashed)
- 2 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese (grated)
- 1/2 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk

Instructions
- 1.In a bowl, season minced meat with, chadon beni, pimento/seasoning peppers, garlic, Season Up and Green Seasoning.
- 2.Add seasoned minced beef to a non-stick pot over medium-high heat, until cooked. Set aside.
- 3.Add cooked beef to mashed plantain, stirring to combine.
- 4.Add cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups cheese, Evaporated Milk and stir to combine.
- 5.Add this mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- 6.Bake for 25- 30 minutes (or until cooked through) in a preheated 350˚F (180˚C) oven.
