- 1 Medium Onion (minced)
- 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (minced)
- 3 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
- 2 1/2 Cups CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 3 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
- 3/4 Cup Parmesan cheese (or cheddar cheese)
- 2 Pounds Potatoes (peeled and sliced thinly)
- 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter

Instructions
- 1.Heat butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and pimentos and sauté for 3 minutes.
- 2.Add flour and stir to incorporate, cook for 2 minutes.
- 3.Gradually add the Evaporated Milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
- 4.Add Cube and cook until sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
- 5.Arrange potatoes in a buttered baking dish and pour sauce over potatoes.
- 6.Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked and cheese is golden brown.
