  • 2 Pounds Potatoes (irish potato baked or boiled in skin,each weighing '1/2 lb)
  • 1 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk 330ml Carton
  • 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Chicken Breast Fillet (cooked and flaked)
  • 1/4 Cup Broccoli Florets (steamed)
  • 1/2 Cup Carrots, Raw (shredded)
  • 2 Cubes Maggi Chicken Flavoured Seasoning Cubes 4G (Box Of 25)
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)


    1. Carefully scoop potato from skin, leaving the skin intact and set aside. Combine Carnation Evaporated Milk and vinegar and set aside.

    2. In a large bowl, combine scooped potato, flaked chicken breast, broccoli,carrots, Maggi Chicken Seasoning Cube, mayonnaise, milk mixture and 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese.

    3. Fill the potato skins with the potato mixture; sprinkle remaining shredded cheese and bake at 370° for 15 minutes.
