Ingredients
Portions: 10
- 4 Ounces Lobster chunks (¼ lb )
- 4 Cups Stale Bread (cut into cubes)
- 2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Butter (melted)
- 2 Tablespoons Thyme (minced)
- 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose
- 4 Slices Bacon (diced)
- 1 Cup Onion (diced)
- 1/4 Cup Bell Peppers (diced)
- 1/2 Cup Chive/Escallion (minced)
- 4 Cubes MAGGI® Vegetable Flavoured Seasoning Cubes (dissolved into 4 cups of hot water)

Instructions
- 1.In a large bowl, toss bread chunks with 1 teaspoon garlic, melted butter, thyme and MAGGI® Season Up All-Purpose.
- 2.Arrange on a sheet pan and toast at 350˚F (180˚C) for 10 mins. Until lightly toasted. Set aside.
- 3.In a large nonstick skillet, over medium low heat, fry bacon until crispy.
- 4.Add onion, bell/sweet peppers, chive/escallion & remaining garlic to the skillet and sauté until onions have softened.
- 5.Add lobster chunks and cook for 5 mins or until lobster is cooked through.
- 6.Add toasted bread to the skillet. Add MAGGI® Vegetable Stock stirring to combine.
- 7.Pour the stuffing into a greased baking pan and bake uncovered for 20 mins.
- 8.Serve and enjoy!
